Welcome back CSU! The City of Fort Collins and Colorado State University are teaming up once again for the annual Community Welcome event. Fort Collins Police Officers, CSU staff, City staff, CSU students, and long-term residents will visit neighborhoods close to campus, welcome CSU students to the community, and provide them handouts about their rights and responsibilities off campus, including city ordinance information.
